The e46's have these possible options: power and memory seats, Harmon & Kardon sound (well worth it), and the winter package which brings heated seats and a trunk access from the back seats. Be patient and check the car thoroughly. Make sure all of the windows are BMW branded and that VINs match.

With the BavSound speaker upgrade, Hertz amp powering the cabin and a ski pass sub, the sound quality and control are what I consider to be outstanding. And I’m a pretty tough customer when it comes to audio, car or home.
My current 2002 330i Sport is my 4th BMW and 34th car overall so I have some experience. This model of BMW - the E46 - is just plain solid. Yes, there are known issues such as window regulators
